Pulse survey on team wellbeing and performance
How do you monitor your team’s wellbeing and performance between your regular surveys?
Our new pulse survey in the test portal provides ongoing insights into your team’s wellbeing, performance and development. It gives you a current and actionable view of how your team is doing, enabling you to identify areas for dialogue and take action when it matters.
The pulse survey consists of 10 questions and takes only a few minutes to complete. All responses are fully anonymous, and individual responses cannot be identified.
With the pulse survey, you can easily:
→ Gain an up-to-date view of your team’s wellbeing and performance
→ Monitor the team’s development over time
→ Turn insights into meaningful dialogue and targeted action
How to send a pulse survey
Select the team you would like to survey. Then click ‘Send Pulse Survey’ in the top-right corner to send the survey to the team. You can then add additional information, such as a response deadline.

Once the pulse survey has been sent, you can monitor the response rate. If the deadline is approaching and responses are still outstanding, you can easily send a reminder to those who have not yet responded by clicking ‘Pulse Survey running’.
The drop-down menu shows which participants have not yet completed the pulse survey.

The pulse survey will automatically close once all participants have responded. If some participants have not responded by the deadline, you can also choose to close the pulse survey manually.
Once the pulse survey has closed, the results are available in the Insights module.
To view the results from an individual pulse survey, use the arrows under Team summary to navigate between surveys.

To ensure complete anonymity, results are only displayed when at least three people have responded to the pulse survey.

You can also access the previous pulse survey by clicking the clock icon in the top-right corner. This allows you to monitor changes in your team’s wellbeing and performance over time.

Get started with regular pulse surveys in the test portal and gain valuable insights into your team’s wellbeing and performance – helping you identify areas that may require additional attention and support.
