Enneagram Business Profile
​In this e-learning programme, you will receive a fundamental introduction to the Enneagram as a theoretical model, along with in-depth instruction and an exploration of the types in a work-related and organisational context.
​
The programme and accompanying materials have been developed in collaboration with IEA-accredited instructors and are structured into modules you can complete at your own pace.​​
​
You can track your progress throughout the programme and earn “points/hats” for each module you open and complete.
Each module includes:

Learn more about the analytical, loyal, and adventurous types. Gain insight into their thought patterns, needs, and how they behave – both at work and in life.

Training in feedback
Learn to give feedback with insight and presence. You will be trained to communicate test results clearly and respectfully – based on concrete insights and with attention to the individual’s type.
Module 7
The Triads in the Enneagram
Learn how the three centers of intelligence –emotional, intellectual, and instinctive – shape people’s experiences, decision-making, social styles, and coping strategies.
Module 8
Become familiar with the test portal’s structure and features. Learn to manage and interpret test results effectively – with support from integrated artificial intelligence for analysis and reporting.

Ethical guidelines for registered users of the test portal
Gain foundational knowledge of confidentiality, data protection, and the ethical framework for using the test portal as a registered user.

Best practices for test administrators on interpretation
Learn to interpret test results and underlying data. Gain expertise on bias and be aware of pitfalls in test analysis.
A final assignment of 2-4 hours, including open and closed questions as well as interpretation of two test results.
