AI Insights is integrated into the test portal to help you gain deeper insights into your test results. The more precisely you formulate your questions, the more targeted, in-depth, and useful the answers will be.
Below, you’ll find examples of how to ask the best possible questions - and what to avoid - so you can get the most out of your conversations with AI Insights.
We’ve “prompted” AI Insights so you can simply type @name or @team:
@name: You’ll receive a detailed interpretation of an individual test result, including trio profile and collaboration preferences.
@team: You’ll get a comprehensive analysis of the team’s strengths and limitations, including dynamics, synergy, and identification of potential areas of conflict.
You can then ask follow-up questions to deepen AI’s response and gain greater insight and understanding.
In the next section, you will gain a deeper understanding of how to formulate effective questions for AI within relevant areas.
Coaching
I’m preparing for a coaching session with @name. Can you suggest relevant questions to challenge him based on his profile, but within specific work areas and situations? Please also provide your reasoning for the suggested questions.
Trio profile analysis
Once you’ve done the initial analysis of a test profile @name, you can work further with the Trio profile, which is the highest score in each center.
1.Analyze the Trio profile XXX.
2.What is this profile called, and what character traits, core motivations, typical behavior patterns, strengths, and challenges are associated with people who have this combination?
3.Explain how type X (head), type X (body), and type X (heart) interact in this profile. Give the type a short, meaningful name that captures the essence of the profile.
Second interview
I have a second interview with @name for the position of sales and marketing coordinator. Can you suggest relevant questions to challenge her based on her profile, but within specific work areas and situations? Please also provide your reasoning for your suggested questions.
Create a cooperation analysis of her profile in relation to @name, who is the operations manager and her direct supervisor. Highlight the key areas they should be aware of. Justify your reflections and present your analysis in a structured way.
Candidate evaluation
Can you recommend who in this candidate pool @team would be best suited to lead as CFO for acquisitions and mergers? Why? Please elaborate on strengths and challenges.
What about @name in terms of risk tolerance? Can you provide relevant questions for the next interview to challenge the candidate’s suitability for the CFO role?
A team development day
I need inspiration for a team development day with @team. What should we focus on and why? Please elaborate on your recommendations with concrete suggestions.
Do you also have ideas for fun or meaningful activities?
Marriage analysis
Create a marriage analysis of @name and @name, highlighting the most important areas they should focus on. Base the analysis on their complete profile chart. Justify your reflections and present your analysis in a structured way.
How can they specifically work with their stress reactions to avoid creating imbalance in the relationship? What practical exercises or strategies can help them strengthen their well-being together?
Instincts
In Enneagram Business Profile, we have chosen not to measure the “instinctual variant” directly or include it in the report. This is because accurately mapping instincts requires a deeper exploration of a person’s personality structure, which is typically addressed in a personal development process.
At the same time, this decision helps reduce complexity when applying the Enneagram in a professional context. However, you can always ask AI Insights what it believes the instinctual variant is, based on an analysis of your test person’s complete test results.
What are instincts in the Enneagram? How do you identify your instinct? What is @name’s instinctual variant based on a comprehensive analysis of her profile score? Why? Provide at least 500 words.
The possibilities are endless, but…
These examples are simply inspiration for how you can get even more out of your access to the test portal and leverage the many opportunities that AI can bring.
There are no limits to the questions you can ask AI Insights in the test portal, as long as they focus on test persons’ test results and the goal of gaining deeper insight.
The more precise and targeted your questions are, the more nuanced and actionable AI’s responses will be - but there are also some things to keep in mind.
What to avoid when asking AI?
Vague or imprecise questions. Questions like “What do you think?” or “Can you explain?” without context may result in vague answers. Be concrete and precise.
Multiple questions in one sentence. Avoid asking several questions at once, as this can confuse the AI. Ask one question at a time.
Personal or irrelevant questions. Only ask about test results and the test person’s profile - avoid questions unrelated to professional context or test content.
Assumptions in your questions. Don’t frame questions with preconceived opinions, e.g., “Why is the test person bad at teamwork?” Instead, ask: “How does the test person approach teamwork?”
Overly complex or technical questions without context. If your questions are highly complex, write them clearly and consider breaking them down so the AI can give relevant answers.

Enneagram Business Profile enables strategic HR practices and provides a unique foundation for insights into individuals, teams, and the organisation.
